3 Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person at our centre.
• We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.

• All diagnostic services must be paid for at the time of service, unless prior credit arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods.
• Insurance claims and reimbursements are subject to your insurance provider's policies.

6 Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information.
• Follow all pre-test instructions provided by our staff (e.g., fasting, medication restrictions).
• Inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications you are taking.
• Arrive on time and bring all necessary documents (referral letters, ID proof, etc.).

7 Report Delivery

• Reports are typically delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on the type of test.
• Reports can be collected in person, sent via email, or accessed through our online portal (if available).
• Reports are strictly confidential and will only be shared with the patient or authorized representatives.
• Re-prints or duplicate reports may be subject to additional charges.

8 Liability Limitation

• Mansi Diagnostic Centre is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on test results.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• In case of any errors in reporting, our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the test performed.
